pss817's Big Brother is a quick Skype game version of the reality TV game show, Big Brother. The game follows a group of HouseGuests living together in the "Big Brother" house, isolated from the outside world. The HouseGuests compete for a chance to win the game by avoiding a chain of evictions until the last HouseGuest remains. The series is hosted by pss817.

Format[]

The HouseGuests begin each round (referred to as a week) with a Head of Household (HoH) competition. The winner of this competition becomes the week's Head of Household, who has the responsibility of nominating two HouseGuests for eviction. Afterwards, a second competition, called the Power of Veto (PoV) competition, is held. The winner of this competition earns the Power of Veto, which can be used to save one of the two nominees from eviction. If it used, the Head of Household must name a replacement nominee. Finally, the HouseGuests, excluding the Head of Household and those nominated for eviction, vote to evict one of the two nominees. In the event of a tie, the Head of Household casts the tiebreaker vote.

Head of Household[]

The Head of Household (HoH) is crowned following the Head of Household competition. The HoH is always immune from eviction; however, they must nominate two other HouseGuests for eviction. In the event that one of their initial nominees is saved by the Power of Veto, they must also name a replacement nominee.

Nomination Ceremony[]

The' Nomination Ceremony is a ceremony during which the Head of Household makes his or her nominations. The two HouseGuests that are nominated become the two nominees for the week and will both face eviction, unless one of them is saved by the Power of Veto.

Power of Veto[]

The Power of Veto (PoV) is a power awarded to the winner of the Power of Veto competition. The PoV holder has the power to save one of the two nominees from eviction at the weekly Power of Veto meeting, thus forcing the Head of Household to name a replacement nominee on the spot. The PoV holder cannot be nominated; however, if they are one of the two nominees, they are able to save themselves with this power.

Eviction[]

During the weekly Eviction, each of the remaining HouseGuests, excluding the Head of Household and their two nominations, casts a vote to evict one of the two nominees. The nominee that receives the most votes is evicted from the house. In the event of a tie, the HoH casts the tiebreaker vote.
